I was thinking about what I could share with you this week as an introduction, so I did a quick search about facts about Monday. Well, I just read that according to a 2011 study by Marmite, the average person in the UK does not smile on a Monday until 11:16 AM. That got me thinking whether I’ve smiled this morning since it is 11:30 AM ET and I think I have, but I’m not really sure and what is real smile. So, if you’re like me, stop what you’re doing and do something that makes you smile and make a habit of doing it every Monday before 11:16 AM.
Before we get to happenings last week, don’t forget to share what HSN represents in telecommunications on our new I Love Acronyms challenge. Not sure? That’s okay - points are awarded to the most creative answer too.
