I'd like to introduce you to one of our Ciena Community ACEs, Peter Southwick. Peter has 40 years of experience in the telecom industry with his introduction starting as a toddler. The project he’s most proud of accomplishing is the design of a REN from transport through service. What can you ask him to learn even more about him? How about why he lives in Vermont and why layer 3 is needed – officially ask him in the comments below, I know I can't wait to hear his answers.
You can connect with Peter and find recent contributions to the community on his profile.
Learn more about Peter in his interview:
I am a sales engineering manager at a VAR with a HQ in New England. My introduction to the industry was as a toddler, my father was the president of an independent telephone company in far north east New York. I was exposed to the innerworkings of telephony from that time.
