I've requested to create a customer account in Ciena portal
Though it's almost 3 days passed but my account is not yet created.
Please advise me if you need more information to create my account.
Hi Md. Shefaul Karim, I've notified the Ciena Customer Service Center team of your inquiry, but I'd also advise that you reach out them directly at email@example.com.
Please also note that I removed your email address from the question for security purposes. But, I did notice that you used a different email for your community account. You may want to consider using the same email address for this profile and your Ciena Customer Service Center profile as we're working on integrating the two systems in the future. Using, the same information would give you one less username and password to remember for your Ciena accounts.
