Do you know what is the power consumption (min/typical/max) of 6500-7 slots ? Where can I find this info and the Ciena´s 5170 too.
The power consumption of a shelf really depends on what circuit packs, transceivers, and common equipment you have installed in it. You can find the typical power consumption of common equipment and shelf peripherals in table 8-6 of NTRN10DP.3 Planning. The typical power consumption of each circuit pack should be listed in the technical specifications for it in the documentation appropriate for the type of circuit pack (ie. photonic, electrical, etc.).
That being said, the power budget for a 7-slot shelf begins in Tables 8-15 through 8-17 in that same document. It will depend on which variant of the shelf you're using, what shelf processor you're using, and what the current of the redundant A and B feeders are.
Can you provide a link to view NTRN10DP ?
You'll have to download it from the Ciena portal under Technical Documentation. Choose 6500 Packet-Optical Platform in the Browse drop down menu and then choose the version of software you're running on your 6500s.
