Quest #10: Request an update on your open cases

Locate how to request an update on the two cases you create in Quest #2: Open a case to report an outage and Quest #3: Open a technical support case. If you need an update on open cases, locate how you can update a request and come back here to share your feedback and observations on the process. If you do have an update to request on a case, share your experience and feedback on the process below.
