Does anybody know how to filter cases in the portal? I am not interested in seeing all cases.
At the right side of the case list, there are several options.
The last option is for setting filters.

Thanks for the info. I have tried to filter but it is indicated that I don’t have permission to filter the list view.
Also I tried to reply via go to the message on Ciena Community but I could not figure out how to reply!!??
Thank you for the update, Philippe - and thank you Sumit for the help! Philippe, the my.ciena.com team that you're working with is the best route to discussing permissions changes, etc.
As for replying here in the community, you should see a Reply option in the lower right corner of comments. If you don't, it may likely be that you're not logged in. Once you log in, you should see it become an option on all threads in the community - we rarely turn commenting off. If you are logged in and you still don't see it, please let me know and if possible, please send me a screenshot at email@example.com.
