How do I reset my Learning portal PW...the SSO is apparently not working...can get to the Ciena Portal fine.

Thanks Heather.......again, I can login to the main Ciena customer portal fine but when I select the pull down in the upper right dialog box for "Ciena Learning" it prompts me for a logon and wont' accept my password....have made numerous attempts as I'm trying to finish a certification exam

Heather...I believe this is a Chrome issue.....seems like I remember experiencing this in a class a few months back where my company will only allow so many redirects with the credentials.......I just logged in with firefox and am able to proxy over to the learning portal.......

Thanks....OCA but the link appears to have expired...I took the class last week and didn’t realize it would have expired already.....not been a good day today.
