A very happy Friday to you all! I am curious what physical activities y'all participate in throughout the course of the week. Do you jog? Hike? Cycle? Move heavy things around? Practice your dolphin impression in a pool? Jazzercise? What do you all do? The reason I am curious is that studies have shown that active individuals exhibit better focus, have more successful memory retention, and faster cognitive processing. Keeping ones body active promotes mental clarity by increasing blood flow to the brain. That makes activity an imperative for learning, physical, and neurological health.
