Bookmark Important Content

When you see a piece of content, such as a document or an answered question, that you know you’ll want to use later, you can bookmark it. Bookmarking adds a link to that content in your list of bookmarks. It’s easy to find the content again by using search or going to your bookmark’s page.


To bookmark content:

  1. Navigate to the piece of content you’ll want to be able to find again later.
  2. Click Actions > Bookmark from the top right of the piece of content.
  3. The bookmark icon turns red, the work Bookmark changes to Bookmarked and the number of times the content has been bookmarked increases by one.
  4. Optionally, click the number next to the Bookmarked icon to see who has bookmarked this content too.


To view your bookmarks:

Click the magnifying glass icon and choose the option Bookmarked on the far right of the window. The last ten bookmarks will be listed. If you do not see the one you are looking for click the Show all bookmarks option and you will be taken to the full list of your bookmarks.


Optionally, on this page is the ability to filter all bookmarks that are public. Select the filter to see other bookmarks created by other members in the community.

When content is bookmarked, it will also update the What’s New in the Community home page stream to show that you bookmarked the item.
