I've tried searching the documentation and I didn't see anything mentioning this alarm. I've also tried searching online and not seeing anything. Right now, I've got a working link on port 9. On port 10, I haven't gotten the other end of the link up. I tried rebooting the switch and the alarm didn't clear.

Any information you can provide on the alarm is appreciated. Also, if there's anything I can try to fix the alarm. Thanks.
