The power consumption of a shelf depends on what circuit packs and common equipment you have installed in it. You can find the typical power consumption of common equipment and shelf peripherals in table 8-6 on page 8-31 (PDF page 215) of NTRN10DP.3 Planning. The typical power consumption of each circuit pack should be listed in the technical specifications for it in the documentation appropriate for the type of circuit pack (ie. photonic, electrical, etc.).
The maximum power draw a 2-slot shelf will consume is approximately 550W (10A for a -48Vsystem, 20A for a 24V system, 5A for a 110V AC, 2.5A for a 220V AC system),
